Spinach salad with mushrooms, lemon, pepper, chili powder. Brazil nuts, coconut oil, dark chocolate, and dark sweet cherries. Health is vitality, vitality is health.
Been dabbling with thyroid remedies, i hear brazil nuts help. Trying to eat the best I can for healing all day every day.
