Gluten free blueberries and dark chocolate + flaxseed and spices. Some healthy fatty omegas and fiber + antioxidants to fight them free radicals. Chai latte in the back for a wake me up! Only a little milk though as I am not supposed to consume calcium with this thyroid medication πŸ˜”.
